from the President
Since the mid-1990's,
at the founding of our company, Innovative Data Communications (IDC)
has been dedicated to bringing unique presentation and communication
products to market. Initially, we brought the Conference Pro™ solid
object/multimedia projector product, manufactured by Avio in Japan,to
North and South America. To this day this product line represents the
most versatile and multi-functional projection device available in the
world and allows any meeting room, classroom, training room or auditorium
the capability to project virtually and media to the audience. Avio has
maintained this leadership position with the recent introduction of the
iP product line.
As the years went by we introduced our line of video microscope products to a worldwide user base. These products have brought microscope images to a TV, projector or video monitor saving the eyes of many inspectors and allowing teachers or presenters to show a whole group of people the same image at the same time.
Next, we introduced the line of GORATEC Kiln Shell Scanners (linescanners) and thermal analysis software to the North and South American market. These products allow industrial plants with kiln processes to monitor the temperature of the kilns in order to plan proper maintenance or adjust process parameters. In addition, the software products allow for real time analysis of any thermal process being monitored with a thermal imaging camera containing an IEEE 1394 or RS-232 interface.
Most recently IDC has combined our experience with presentation technology products and our experience working with educational institutions to open a Technology Training Center at our Cincinnati Ohio offices. This center is primarily used to offer Integration of Technology Into Curriculum training courses for teachers in Southern Ohio, Northern Kentucky and Southeastern Indiana. However, the facility is also rented to other training companies and organizations for their use.
As we continue to grow and technology continues to change IDC will remain dedicated to bringing the latest in presentation and communication products to market. As of April 2006, nearly 733 clients have experienced the benefits of our products and nearly 40% of our ongoing business comes from repeat customers. Our focus on customer support and service will always be the core to our business.
