GORATEC IR-Linescanner For new or existing kiln shell temperature monitoring. LSC scanners provide both single point measurement and real time temperature distribution over the kiln surface. Scanners are equipped with a 90° field of view as standard. (120° optional). The opto-mechanical scan unit allows for continuous fast operation at 20Hz, with unrivaled reliability and line stability. The unit is synchronized with the kiln movement to display the thermal image of the kiln shell temperature distribution. GORATEC software allows heritage systems to upgrade to the latest in fast communication, computer processing and software analysis capabilities. Data acquisition software modules are available for all new and existing functional requirements. They include scanner head control, complete set of hardware tests, real time temperature data acquisition, kiln construction data display, refractory status description, kiln operation data acquisition, thermal image processing and archiving.
